We process account identifiers, authentication and security information, authored profile fields, program interests, consent choices and review records to administer your My AI20 relationship. Core processing is separate from optional uses. Only authorized administrators and approved operational personnel may access information needed for their work.
Drafts and account details are private. Selecting a public field prepares a preview, not publication. Publication requires your explicit approval of the exact public content and separate administrative approval. Ecosystem visibility is an intended audience setting, not a public directory or unrestricted member search.
You may add, replace or remove a portrait for your profile. We retain an optimized copy, not the original upload or its embedded metadata. Draft portraits are available only to you and authorized reviewers; public display requires the same exact-content approval process as your profile. We do not use portraits for facial recognition. Removal withdraws the current stored portrait; protected backups follow their existing retention controls.
Public profile publication, program communications, opportunity matching, marketing, Talent Pool, Venture Pool and future public credentials require separate explicit choices. Nothing optional is preselected. Recording a choice does not activate an unavailable service.
Core membership and profile data may be retained during the active account or membership relationship and for up to 24 months after account closure or membership termination. Earlier valid deletion requests will be honored where legally permissible. Applicable law may require or permit specific records to be retained for a different period. After the applicable period, data should be securely deleted or appropriately anonymized.
Use the private Privacy Center or email Privacy@ai20.global to request access, correction, profile unpublication, consent withdrawal, account closure or deletion of eligible personal data. We verify ownership before acting. Necessary security, consent, audit, dispute or legally required records may be retained separately where justified and will not remain publicly visible. Requests are reviewed by authorized administrators; no fixed response deadline is promised here.
BuildX application processing and its 48-month cycle-based retention policy are unchanged. Applying to BuildX does not create membership, transfer consent, publish information or opt you into optional purposes. A future member invitation requires a separate explicit process.
Provide accurate information and only material you are entitled to share. You retain ownership of your authored work. AI20 may process it for the account, review and display choices you authorize; wider use requires appropriate permission. Membership, profile approval and program interest do not guarantee employment, investment, funding, incubation or commercial engagement. Self-declared expertise and completion are not AI20 verification. Official credentials require separate governance.
Public registration, public claiming and real-member publication remain closed until separately authorized. No AI acceptance/rejection, automatic credential issuance or optional matching service is enabled by membership.
