With over 20 years of global leadership experience at Nokia across the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, Sajid has designed and executed multi-billion-dollar P&L portfolios, capital strategies and large-scale business transformation programmes within complex, multidisciplinary organisations.

Today, he serves as an Advisory Board Member and partners with founders and high-growth businesses across the GCC as a Fractional CFO and Strategic Growth Advisor. He brings corporate-grade financial discipline, governance and commercial acumen to scaling ventures—helping founders strengthen business models and strategy, build sound financial foundations, and develop the relationships that enable sustainable growth.

A qualified CMA, Sajid is equally committed to developing people. He mentors and coaches emerging leaders and has served as Nokia’s official mentor for female senior leaders through the UN Women Future Women Leaders Programme.
